With food dudes being so popular with our class we decided to make smoothies this morning. We used lots of healthy and delicious ingredients such as apples, oranges, cucumber, berries, bananas, yoghurt and nuts. We really liked making them and drinking them and we are full of energy for the day!

When you want the best experience out of your fruity snacks, getting the best blender is your way to go. I've got mine by reading reviews on topproducts.com and it is the best item I got! Great post by the way.
