3rd class got the wonderful opportunity to make soup at school recently! We picked some organic vegetables that we sowed in the school garden last year as our ingredients. We washed and peeled the vegetables in our classroom and our helpers and teacher chopped them and helped us put them in a pot. We waited hungrily while the soup was cooked and we enjoyed a homemade bowl with some delicious bread afterwards! Yummy!! Special thanks to Christine, Sylvia, Michelle and Lorraine for all their help in the soup kitchen and to Kotaro for making us the delcious bread!
