Fifth Class have been focusing on gymnastics in PE over the past few weeks. We have been performing exercises that require strength, flexibility, balance and control. We firstly worked with a partner to create a number of partner balances including counter balances, whereby we supported each other in a position. We then progressed to group balances where we found good support from group members was necessary to demonstrate successful balances. Today, we created sequences including both partner balances and group balances in groups of four. Below are some photos from our demonstrations today.
