1. We sieved 225g of self raising flour into a bowl.
2. We rubbed in 40g of butter.
3. We stirred in 1 and a half tablespoons of caster sugar and a pinch of salt.
4. We mixed in 150mls of milk to make a soft dough.
5. We cut out scones and baked in the oven for 12 minutes at 220oC.
6. We ate and enjoyed!!
