We spent our morning making Halloween shortbread biscuits. We beat butter and eggs together to make a smooth paste. We then gradually added in some flour. After that, we rolled it out and used cutters in the shapes of ghosts, pumpkins, bats, cats, owls and skulls to shape our biscuits. When they were cooked, we let them cool and then decorated our biscuits with icing. We really enjoyed making them and they were so delicious!!!
