We have classified most living creatures into vertebrates and invertebrates. Vertebrates are all living creatures that have a backbone...like humans! Invertebrates are creatures with no backbone like the blobfish, starfish or a parasite. We did alot of research on the different types and then chose one animal to do a project on. Last week in Miss Cunningham's class we read the story The Gruffalo. We made gruffalo masks and also made the other animals from the story using crepe paper. During drama we pretended to be characters from the story and we also sang The Gruffalo Song. Here are some pictures of us with our gruffalo art: |
